Contortionist Performs Split Backbend

This contortionist performed some stretching exercises to increase his back and leg flexibility. He stretched one of his legs high into the air and pulled it behind his back. He then brought his leg back down to the ground while twisting his back. He ended the routine with a one-leg stand and one arm wrapped around his back.
