Hookah protest 2

Small business owners protested about the new regulations on banning non-tobacco hookah, calling some of the restrictions unfair. The regulations require existing businesses that earn at least half of their revenue from selling non-tobacco products to apply for a permit, put up health warnings and only sell products to people aged 21 and over.
